Collection Specialist

Job Scope:

- Responds inquires and concerns thru phone, email or chat.

- Prepare standard reports to track workload, response time and quality input.

Qualifications:

- At least 18 yrs old

- Complete atleast 2 years in College. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Good english communication skills

- Basic computer and internet navigation

- Willing to work in BGC

- Amenable to night shift

- Pre- employment requirements should be ready

- Can start asap
