SEO, Landing Pages, Sales Funnel - Online Lead Generation

My name is Zach and I have been doing online marketing for the last 3 years in the US, mostly with SEO and affiliate websites.

For most business owners, the biggest problem they have is getting more leads and people interested in buying their products. It's important for them to know what their return on investment will be with any marketing program.

Lead Generation is one of the best products to sell to business owners right now. The amount will be different depending on the client. For example, an insurance agent might pay $20 per lead compared to $150 per lead for a plastic surgeon. The more leads we can generate, the more we make monthly. A lead can be a phone call (special tracking phone number provided so we can see how many calls are made to the business), email or appointment added to a calendar.

* Using Divi Theme
* Tell me your recommended domain name for SEO purposes

Keyword Research:

* Compile a list of keywords to rank for
* Find local keywords based on the business we are working with

Create a Landing Page:

* Using Instabuilder (I have a valid license)
* A & B Test Landing Page for best conversion

Create a Sales Funnel:

* Create good quality articles that are related to the ranking keywords
* Use Articles to convince readers to submit their info through the landing page
* Continue to drive traffic to the landing page or articles to "Warm them up" before arriving at the landing page

Social Media Campaigns:

* Creating ---------- and Facebook campaigns linking to the landing page
* This includes creating graphics ads and text for the ads
* Business Owner pays for running the ads


The better the campaign, the more money you be able to make since we are paid per lead, each month. After setting everything up, this will continue to generate leads each month with commissions paid to you monthly.

Compensation:

25% of anything the websites makes from lead generation. These will mostly be monetized with affiliate products and with some Adsense also.

The benefit of this monetization method is after ranking an asset, it will continue to earn you money as you rank newer pages. Eventually, this will build more and more over time. The downside is it will take time at the beginning before making a good profit.
