Need WordPress Expert w PHP skills and some Linux understanding

WP - Most of our websites are built on WordPress. When I say we need an EXPERT, I mean it. Just being able to slap a Genesis theme on there and customize some widgets is NOT enough.

You need to be able to build WP from scratch, implement themes, strip them, combine several themes to get certain functionalities. I do NOT want a WP site with 100 plugins to make it work the way we need to.

PHP - Essential with WP in the case of customizations/additions. For example we just implemented a form on a website from which the results get parsed into a PDF which is sent to the client. You need to be able to handle tasks like these that require straight PHP work (and again, not rely on plugins).

Linux - Some understanding of Linux would be preferred. Almost all our servers are Linux-based (Ubuntu, CentOS etc) and sometimes we will need some help setting up a new service or solving small issues with sendmail etc.

Initiative - Above all we value initiative. That means trying to find solutions, not problems. There is so much coding help available through various resources such as StackExchange, GitHub and just Google. We very much appreciate if you're able to solve a problem even if you may not have the necessary experience with that particular case.

Slack/Asana/Skype - We work with asana, Slack and Skype for communication and project management. Would be nice if you have used this before but most are pretty straight-forward.
