Our growing company is looking for an Organized HR Recruiter that can manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing, evaluating candidates and conduct background checks.

We are a top seller on Amazon in the outdoor recreation category and we are continuing to rapidly grow our product line across many categories and brands.

We need someone who can develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies to achieve our company’s goals. As our HR RECRUITER, we require you to bring in the best people to fill our company’s needs. Once hired, your first task is to help us seek qualified candidates for the following positions:

---------- MEDIA EXPERT/ ONLINE MARKETING EXPERT

RESPONSIBILITIES
?Conduct language and logical reasoning tests to the candidates
?Partnering with hiring manager to determine staffing needs
?Screening resumes
?Conduct Skype and phone interviews
?Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
?Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring manager
?Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
?Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on board
?Advertise job openings and sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background
checks.
?Manage all employees documents (contracts, Jobs Assignments etc)
?Prepare relevant reports as required by management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

?One year strong hiring experience
?Must have knowledge about Amazon (with experience preferred)
?Organizational and negotiation skills are required 
?Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
?Possess strong ability to screen, interview candidates within the framework of the position
specifications
?Good in working with MS Office Applications.
?Excellent communication skills (Oral and written) and a good listener.
?Experience with sourcing techniques
?Knowledge of Data management and record keeping techniques
?Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.


COMPENSATION:
This position is full-time about 40 hours per week with competitive hourly rate depending on the level of expertise and experience.
