Graphic Designer/ Illustrator for T-shirt Design Company

Hello!
We are looking to hire an ambitious and motivated individual looking to join an extremely fast growing t-shirt design company. In this position, we will send you design concepts that you must turn into amazing eye catching designs, or we will send you basic design examples that we would to be improved upon and changed into a whole new design (not copied). This ILLUSTRATOR will be a very important part of the team and must have the following skills: 

- Fluent in English 
-Passion and experience in graphic design, tshirt design, typography
- Great Team Collaborators and Communicators 
- Organized 
- Loves to learn 
- Can Follow Directions 
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop 

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: 

Above all, we need tshirt designs that stand out from the rest.
We are not looking for similar or close enough designs.
We are looking for unique, artistic, intriguing, eye catching designs with minimal feedback from us!
After all, we don't have that wonderful design mind like you have!
We want you to be the awesome designer you are! 

The designer must be able to do the following:

- Create ORIGINAL, MOSTLY HAND DRAWN T-shirt designs. Applications with no illustration or hand drawn samples in their portfolio will not be accepted.

-Have the ability to create eye catching typography

-The designs created cannot be used for other people and must be unique.

- Be able to create min. 25designs / week (~5/day) 

Vector use is discouraged strongly. If they are used occasionally, commercial license must be provided. Must not come from free stock sources.

All fonts must have commercial license

Job pays $150/ month with option of month end bonus if sales objectives are met at a company wide level. Divided into weekly payments. Possible F/T in near future if possible from designer
