Job Expectations:
* Inside sales agents will be responsible for outbound cold calling to set appointments for our team of buyer's agents and responding to inbound sales inquiries.
* Accurately present our value proposition to prospective clients and handle and overcome objections.
* Make 80-120 dials per day using an auto-dialer system.
* Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business and equally rigorous follow up with leads in your pipeline.
* Accurately input notes and appointments into lead database
* Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to lead agent and expect regular
accountability meetings with lead agent.
* Participate in regular training and education.
