We're looking for an experienced and reliable Amazon Accounts manager

We've been in e-commerce for 7 years and sell primarily through ---------- . We are looking to hire an Amazon Account manager who is experienced, reliable and looking for a long-term position with growth opportunities.

The position will start as part-time (20-30 hrs/week) but can eventually evolve into full-time. We will provide clear documentation and training on all tasks that will need to be handled on a daily process. These tasks include:

- Responding to customer support emails
- Creating cases with Seller Support
- Running business reports for sales tax and accounting purposes
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Monitoring customer feedback and reviews (and responding where necessary)
- Supervising Amazon PPC ads, ensuring out of stock products have ads turned off and turned on at right time
- Developing keyword lists and going through weekly keyword optimization routines
- Doing keyword research for new listings and inputting information into spreadsheets for review
