Someone To Provide me with Leads of U.S. Based Businesses Intrested in a new Website

I am in need of some Web Design Leads of U.S. based businesses intrested in getting a new website built for their business.

The business MEET meet ALL of the following requirements:
•U.S. Mainland Business •Still Be operating •Don’t have a Website (or if they have one it is old and hasn’t been updated or URL is not working) •Non-Franchise or National Chain Stores
The businesses I want listed I. The spreadsheet must also be in the following categories:
•Restaurants (Higher End/Fancy)
•Interior Designers
•Bridal Shops
•Surgeons & Doctor Offices
•Coffee Shops
•Salon & Hair Shops
•Florists
•Music Instrument and Lesson Stores
•Gyms
•Architects
•Photographers

I am willing to pay around $25-35 per lead depending on the quality of the lead and business.
I typically focus on higher-end, independently owned businesses who can afford my web design services (about $1,250-$1,500 per site).

Must have previous marketing and lead generation experience.
