The requirements of this position will be:
1. Helping set up email campaigns and automate outreach
2. Researching and Connecting with different networks and investors on Angel List
3. Keeping the calendar including scheduling meetings and travel
4. Posting new recruitment adverts for new team members on different site.
And more.

The more experienced the person, the better.
