JOB OVERVIEW

We are a new startup online business, working in this business for a social mission to help children and compelling humanitarian causes. We are looking for a PPC & SEO specialist to help us manage PPC campaign, comparison shopping channels, and SEO (off-page including link building, influencer outreach, and many others, on-page, and technical SEO). We give trust, responsibility, ownership, and work flexibility to our team members without a micro-management style, and in return we expect integrity, dedication, productivity, and accountability.

Applicants who do not address the selection criteria/have no portfolios/send us recycled copy-paste cover letter, will simply be rejected. Inversely, applicants who follow the instructions and have the right skills, experience, and attitude, will get an interview. Let's honour each other's time. Only serious applicants will be considered.

We are looking for someone with expertise in PPC & Google Analytics, and passion into data analysis , someone who has excellent analytical ability especially when dealing with sales and campaign. You will be managing, optimising, and monitor performance of advertised products, improve conversion rates, setting up marketing lines for category promotions, customising and optimising data feeds, performing competitors watch and research, bid optimisation, regular campaign health checks, and many others.

The successful person will need to demonstrate previous experience, in the above specialist fields. This is a role for a senior staff member who we hope will be able to demonstrate the ability and skills in order to lead a team improving our campaign performance.

SELECTION CRITERIA
- You have at least 2 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns and/or shopping comparison platforms.

- You are confident in analysing data and recommending strategic changes based on data. You stay focused, and nothing falls through the racks on your watch.

- You are efficient in your work, pro-active, highly organised, an excellent multi-tacker, and capable of working independently and within a team.

- You have excellent interpersonal skills, very good time management and organisational skills. You will also need to demonstrate high initiative, yet able to follow instructions and organisational procedures

- You are honest, trustworthy, committed, and reliable. We are a startup, where many things are still not in place. For this, we need someone who is going to take ownership of the time he/she will spend with us and truly make a difference and bring the best value to our business.

- You are motivated, driven and passionate about your work. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked. As far as you're concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, every single time.

- Last but not least, you demonstrate high desire in learning. You see yourself as a lifelong student and are passionate in growing your skills to keep up with the constant evolution in the digital marketing world.

BONUS POINTS:
- If you have a proven successful track record of managing PPC for Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook, or similar comparable channels for major national / global firms.
- Experience with RetailTower and shopping comparison engines.

HOW TO APPLY?
1. To apply for this position, please walk us through your experience in the PPC field (bonus point if you have previously managed shopping comparison websites) and your overall career journey.

2. Let us know how your profile matches with each of the above selection criteria.

3. Please also let us know what you love most and hate most about PPC work.

4. Provide us with a link to your resume and portfolio document.

We will start interviewing shortlisted candidates this week. We look forward to reviewing your application.
