Logistics Sales & Customer Service

We are looking for a full time customer service representative. Must have at least 2 years' experience in Port/Drayage trucking industry and good qualifications. None qualified applicant will not be considered.

Job Duties:

Manage communication processes: answering multi-line phone system and ensuring timely response of client emails
Interact with customers to set-up or resolve problems related to shipments and other logistics services
Provide customers with accurate and detailed quote of services as requested
Enter order information directly into the system accurately and on a timely basis
Track and trace shipment and inform customer with most updated shipment status
Perform scheduling of delivery appointment with customer

Requirement:

Must have excellent and clear verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent telephone manners and customer service skills
Ability to multitask under pressure and to work in a fast pace
Problem-solving skills, high energy level, dependability, emotional control
Must have minimum 2 years of drayage transportation and dispatch experience
Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred
