Content Writer – Social Media - Research

---------- is a website that is all about installation of network data cabling. This is cabling for mainly offices and factories for companies in the USA. We are on the East coast, Philadelphia, PA; which is about 2 hours below New York City. So mainly we get calls from prospects looking for our local services. However we need YOUR help in maintaining us online and the website. We would like to hire someone that is looking to be a part of our team. Someone that can be taught and enjoys training as well. We are very flexible in training and schedules!

Work Hours: Mostly you choose, not really a need to work certain times. During training periods it might be a few emails back and forth coming in late, etc.

Payment: If it works for you, Paypal and twice a month.

Type of Work: (It is okay if one or two is outside your experience)

Content Creation: Creating blogs post of 700 words or more at least 3 times per month. I give suggestions at times and encourage you to be creative. Techincal blogs can be boring at times, so past blog posts had personal comments in it as well. Content will also be used to fill in Social Media posts, my favorite is joke of the week in the social media. Content is also need to fill in YouTube videos, many times we just repeat what the video says.

PDF Creation: At times we need PDFs with footnotes for new prospects about our services.

Email Monthly Newsletters: We would like you to manage our newsletter, which we would work together to create. We would like to start a newsletter monthly that would feature new clients and new jobs we did. You would contact the client and get information about them to promote their business, etc.

Training: We would like you to learn and grow with us. At least twice a month set aside a few hours to take some webinars to help your skills. The internet is constantly changing, we all can learn something new. We would prefer you to grow, helps us…and YOU.
Research: At times we would like you to do basic research. Example is finding the cheapest supplier of t-shirts with our logos on Amazon. Research local network cabling companies and see what they are offering and how BridgeCable can do that same. Research local LinkedIn contacts for us to contact, etc.
Open Online Tools: Creating new dropboxes, Google drives, etc. Setup tools online for us to share files, pictures, videos, etc.

Social Media Posting: Above with the content schedule social media posts on Facebook, Twitter, etc. We use Hootsuite and we will learn it together. Very easy! I already have a schedule, I just lack the time to do it every week.

Who will you be working with? My name is Paul…nice to meet you. I am a father of three great sons. 20yr is a junior in college, 18yr old is a freshman in college and my last is a happy 7yr old that loves Pokemon and Legos! I own BridgeCable and started in 2006 but I took a break for about 4 years for a Sales and Marketing job with some SEO. In 2012 BridgeCable really grew to 5 guys. For bigger jobs we have subcontractors that I know personally. Recently my older brother took a manager’s role with the company. As you can see family is important to me and what I work for. My workers in Philadelphia have been trained to be the best and I provide them with the best tools and gear. We provide our clients with a huge value of professional work for a affordable price. At times we get busy with bigger jobs and the above work must get done to keep new prospects coming to the website.
