Looking for Illustrator for T-shirt Business

I’m looking for an ambitious motivated individual looking to join an extremely fast growing T-shirt design company. This ILLUSTRATOR will be very important addition to the team and must have the following skills:


- Create ORIGINAL, MOSTLY HAND DRAWN creative T-Shirt designs. Applicants with no Illustration or hand drawn samples in their portfolio will not be accepted.
- Be able to create 10+ original designs per day (75-100 designs per month)
-Fluent in English
-Great team collaborators and communicators
-Organized and reliable (meeting design deadlines)
-Loves to learn
-Can follow instructions
-Must be open to feedback
- But also have fun and enjoy your work!

Day to Day Responsibilities

I will send you a list of ideas for t-shirts that I would like created and I would like you to be artistic and creative to (re-)create the idea in your own style. For example, I may send you a link or image and I would like your unique spin on the idea to create a more visually appealing design, without copying the original one! It is VERY IMPORTANT that you create the illustrations yourself and do not copy any graphics from other sources or violate any trademarks or copyrights!

Please also provide relevant illustrations, artwork and t-shirt designs previously designed by you! After that I will send you some t-shirt ideas and ask you to create some first designs.
