Affiliate Team Leaders For Dating Site

The position we are recruiting for is an affiliate team leader who we are looking to help us grow a dating site that we own. This is a commission based role and you even earn commission when your affiliates make sales! So we need someone who ideally has a large network of affiliates or knows how to recruit a large number of affiliates. Also the ideal person must be confident in using affiliate links.

Responsibilities:

-Locate, develop opportunities and recruit new affiliates for the business within your local market.

-Drive the acquisition of new affiliates through proactive networking.

-Strategically encourage affiliates to initiate new opportunities to enhance the business.

-Document and respond to all affiliates’ inquiries and complaint.

-Manage a team of affiliate personnel on a daily basis.

-Coordinate the planning and executing of affiliate marketing promotions.

-Coordinate the planning and specifying of new affiliate marketing strategies.

-Oversee all affiliate campaigns.

-Ensure affiliates’ knowledge is accurate and up to date.

-Administer technical presentations to affiliate sand establishing how a product meets client needs.

-Employ strategic approaches in maximizing existing affiliates’ performance.

-Identify the key affiliates in and work closely with them to build relationships, generate further exposure and increase revenue.
