ORDER TRACKER
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Reconfirms shipment on Seller Central.
• Checks tracking number of deliveries.
• Tracks issue on the Main Order Sheet.
• Checks cancelled order on
• Identifies the order if its already problematic or not.
• Tracks problematic order on Gmail accounts, Amazon and Carrier site.
• Priorities replacement order if shipped or delivered to the customer.
• Tracks picked up packages at the local post office.
• Rechecks all task and issue every single day.
• Other tasks may assign to if needed.
Competencies:
• Very keen, canny and attentive to details including trivial ones.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Creative Thinker.
• High sense of accountability and dependability.
Requirements:
• Reliable and dependable internet speed.
• Great Working attitude.
• Amenable to be working on shifts including weekends.
• Dedicated to work for 40 hours a week or even more.
Rate: P10,000.00 – P12,000.00
