AMAZON EXPERT NEEDED

I am looking for someone full time and long term basis. Salary is dependant on skills and experience
I am looking for the following skills in a employee

1) expert knowledge of amazon : this is the main thing, but they have to be a total expert in this, I have been selling on amazon for 5 years so want someone who is more knowledgable then me in this otherwise its not worth it, they should be quickly able to sort out any issue i have

2)amazon lister and copywriter: listing on amazon is not hard but what i am looking for is someone who who can make a listing that sells!, they should be able to research keywords, optimise listing and have a strategy in place to get the listing to page 1

3) Knowledge of brand gating

4) RANKING - able to get to page 1
