Video Designer

I am looking for someone who can browse youtube & other sources to find clips to create videos for our team. The videos are about 10-30 seconds in length and about recipes and weight loss.

An example of a video you would need to make is this one:

You would need to find a recipe, create text, and then find a girl and edit it so you can super impose a video of just her body.

Please let me know if you can do that.
