WE ARE OUTSOURCING/Need a call center to do OUTBOUND CALLING

I need a CALL CENTER who is ready to dial, which means, they should have dialer to use for calling customer, and an agents who has good communication skills.. This is going to be an ongoing project.

This is a US based. We will be selling AT&T phone and internet for existing, and non-at&t customers.

This will be a 100% commission based. Commission is huge! We provide leads and back office.
