Swedish Ason Group AB is a Swedish eCommerce company specialised in logistics, IT-solutions and online retail. We are looking for an honest, dedicated and resourceful virtual assistant who is flexible, happy to learn new things and dedicated to delivering excellent results.
The work consist of mainly:
Customer service handling
Coordinating supply orders, localizing missed deliveries and ensuring that all orders are processed in time.
Managing new product data input and keeping contact with suppliers for updates
Producing reports upon request and have an analytic approach on business processes
Error handling
Data categorizing
Product listing
Assisting managers with adminisitrative tasks
In order to be eligible for this job you must have:
1. strong computer knowledge
2. high-speed internet
3. experience with an online business
4. minimum of 1 year as VA
5. excellent English skills
6. most of all, have a willingness to take on challenges and develop yourself and the company.
The work hours are 12pm to 8pm Monday-Friday with some flexibility. We are looking to hire someone long-term/permanent so only apply if you are looking to be committed to the job long term.
