Full-Time Virtual Assistant / Internet Marketing Assistant Wanted!

Hi there,

We are a diverse Internet Marketing company based in Brazil/United Kingdom that is looking to hire a FULL TIME Virtual Assistant to help with our marketing efforts and assist me with ongoing projects. I will be your sole point of contact and will teach and train you for my specific tasks I want done.

The position will be long-term and for 40 hours a week Monday - Friday and we are looking for a good all-rounder who wants a reliable job and the potential to get more skills, manage others and earn more as time goes on.

I need someone who is HARDWORKING, PERSISTENT and has EXTREMELY good English skills who is available online for most of the working day and easy to reach via Skype. You will need to be extremely reliable, flexible and keen to adapt to new things and learn new skills. Once trained you should have the initiative to work on your own without too much supervision.

It is important that you have the following skills. It you do not have at least 5-7 of these skills please DO NOT APPLY.

We are looking for someone who has:

* EXCELLENT verbal and written English (Advanced - 5 out of 5) - English is the MOST IMPORTANT skill I want you to have.

* EXCELLENT computer skills in general - You must be good at word processing, Internet browsing, general computer usage (Windows etc) and generally just know your way around computers well.

* Excellent general internet and research skills (finding information from the Internet)

* Fast and accurate typing skills.

* Basic keyword research skills using Google keyword tool.

* Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word etc.

* Knowledge of buying domains / setting up nameservers and CPanel/WHM etc.

* Some knowledge of Wordpress (setting up, installing plug-ins etc)

* General internet skills (FTP, email etc)

* Some basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Photoshop would be an advantage.

* Knowledge of PPC/SEM in Google Adwords would also be an advantage.


Some examples of the daily tasks you will be doing include:

• Internet research
• Research and uploading marketing campaigns in Google Adwords
• Data entry
• Using translation and freelancing services to translate websites.
• Setting up Wordpress sites
• Purchasing and setting up new domains
• Reporting and statistics in Microsoft Word / Excel
• Contacting clients/partners via email

MOST IMPORTANTLY, we only want the HARDEST working and SMARTEST working employees! I am looking for someone who is reliable and wants to work with me long-term on a permanent and someone I can build my team around. You will be rewarded for your hard work, and I will definitely increase your salary if I feel you are the perfect employee for me, and doing a fantastic job.

The starting pay is around $3 per hour and will rise after the first month once you have proven what you can do. If this is not suitable for you then please do not apply for the position. Please bid with your monthly salary rate (i.e $300 a month etc) to get started on this project.
