Designer to create website mockups

I am looking for a UX/UI designer that can take my idea and turn it into a beautiful mockup.
You must be experienced and passionate about what you do and you must be able to take minmum direction to create your most beautiful work thus far! (You need to be a very creative person with a very high sense of execution and eye for detail/quality)

Im working on a startup idea that would be a SaaS (software as a service) tool, specifically it would be a scorecard for specific metrics. I can give you some example, ideas on how I want it to be but then its 100% up to you to work your magic and create something awesome.
