Full Time - Graphic Designer / Web Designer / Web Developer

I am looking for a superstar!

A Ninja to do:
- Graphic Designer
- Web Designer, &;
- Web Developer

I am looking to create a large number of websites & require a full time employee ongoing.

The skills I need:
- Artistic flair / Modern designs
- Ability to convert ideas to designs
- Ability to convert those designs to HTML & PHP
- Ability to code a complex website

You will be working to a deadline (as we all are!!)

If you are proficient with flash, this is also a bonus.

Please provide examples of:
- Websites
- Logos
- Banners
- Corporate graphics
- Anything else that shows your talent
