Key Activities

The successful candidate will be communicating with managers and owners as this is a business-to-business type of transaction. Further, this position must ensure that clients receive efficient and courteous service and reflects a positive light on the brand.

Job Duties and Expectations

Communicates with customer on the phone or via written correspondence (such as Email and Chat) to provide assistance, information and resolve concerns
Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without having to escalate or transfer the call
Completes processes and maintains applicable paperwork and reports
Logistic Management between Clients and Courier Services
Ad-hoc Tasks directed by the Global Operations Manager and Senior Team Manager
Skills/Qualifications

Experience in Logistics, Express Shipping or Freight Forwarding Industry a plus but not a requirement
Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office a MUST (advanced Excel skills preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent English communications skills in both written and verbal
Skills in Information gathering and management
Competitive base + monthly allowance for the right candidate
