JOB OVERVIEW:
Multifaceted ecommerce business is seeking a qualified VA that is detail oriented, can manage tasks, and can work autonomously.

Job Details:
• Full time
• Flexible hours (40hr work week)

Job Summary:
You will have a wide range of responsibilities as outlined below. However your duties will not be limited to what is specifically outlined.
• Provide customer support via Amazons customer messaging system, and social media responses
• Respond to emails / customer inquires
• Respond to customer feedback / reviews
• Perform product research / keyword research
• Research post ideas for social media
• Schedule social media posts
• Create lists of businesses using specific criteria
• List, or make listing adjustments on e-commerce platforms
• Trend analysis for product ideas
• Data entry
• Compile reports

Job Requirements:
• Strong MS Office skills
• Excellent English (emphasis on written)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, follow directions, and have great attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
• Experience with Amazon is preferred, but not required
• Friendly, polite, and patient with customers
• Ability to troubleshoot, but also willing to ask questions when necessary
• Open minded, willing to provide insight, and ideas to the business
