Full-time Creative Director for Sony PlayStation partner company (Photoshop, HTML)

My company makes 5 themes and 5 avatars for the PlayStation 4, every single month.

Do you know Photoshop?

Job Requirements
This full-time Creative Director position you to work with me to:
(1) Discover & hire artists from Fiverr or Upwork to create 5 pieces of artwork each month using my account.
(2) You will create avatars based on this art using Photoshop.
(3) You will create themes using this art + a special kind of HTML (I will train you).
(4) Upload them to Sony.

I will train you to do all of this.

Other requirements:
(1) You will need to Voice Skype with me only 1 time per week.
(2) You will need to enable the screen-tracking screenshot software TimeProof on your computer.
(3) Test: Send me a link to a picture of a pink elephant if you want to apply for this job.
(4) You will need to chat via text with me on Skype Monday-Friday to keep me updated about what you're working on.
(5) You will need to install ---------- , and TeamViewer on your computer so you can perform uploads.

Other information:
(1) I will pay on a weekly basis for the first 6 weeks, until we are comfortable with each other, then I will pay monthly.
(2) I will pay for the 13th Month in mid-December, prorated for the amount of the year you have worked.
(3) You will need to cover your own taxes
(4) I can pay you using Payoneer, Skrill, or whatever payment platform you prefer.
(5) You will need to send me a payment request/invoice each Friday, or I will forget. :)
(6) If any theme or avatar sells above average, I will bonus you $50 for a job well-done.
(7) Perks after the first 2 months:
- We can discuss Maxicare or Intellicare for you and your family
- 5 paid holidays
- At the beginning of each year, an automatic salary increase. Depends on your starting salary, but for $500/month, would go up to $525/month.

I am looking for someone to help me for at least the next 12 months.
You must be willing to work full-time or else this will not work.
