JOB OVERVIEW

If you have an interest in Pay per click marketing, this is a potentially life-changing opportunity because you’ll get to work directly under a leading US PPC consultant with 10 years’ experience who has managed over $10million in adspend. You’ll get to play a key role in helping grow a new and exciting start-up PPC and search marketing company and work right with me.
(In this assistant role, in addition to your day-to-day work, you’ll be able to soak up marketing expertise & knowledge that would normally cost you thousands of dollars to get access to. I follow the top consultants in the industry and have spent time at their homes.)
I’m looking for someone who is hungry to learn and work.
Most importantly, I’m looking to bring someone to work by my side my right-hand man or woman for the long-term.
I have high expectations. I’m tough but fair. You’ll be treated well and you’ll be recognized when you do a good job.
In fact, my goal is for you to stay working for me for the next 10 years – with opportunities for you to grow and earn more money over time.
Location / Work Environment:
I work out of my office in Connecticut US. This position requires a remote work arrangement. In other words, you’ll be working from home. At a minimum, you’ll need to have a computer, reliable internet access, and a quiet work environment to take and make phone calls to be a fit for this job.
Part-Time:
Initially, this is a part-time role starting at 10-15 hours per week. But this position is designed to grow into a full-time role. Eventually this will be a full-time position for you.
The Pay:
The first month is run as a trial. I do this so we can figure out whether it’s going to be a good fit or not. Because we are expecting applicants of various skill levels, we are discussing pay on a per applicant basis. Please refer to the initial contact from Kevin. After your first month, you’ll be paid the negotiated rate.
Examples of the Types of Things You’ll be Doing:
Pay Per Click Management:
I need someone who can do the following:
Develop and create PPC campaigns (I have training and checklists for you to follow on how I like campaigns to be setup.)
Keyword research
Light Ad and and Landing page copywriting (I will help with ad writing as it’s different for each client)
Knows adwords editor
Campaign setup
Tracking codes implemented. (Knowing Google analytics and Google tag manager is a plus. I also have training on this though.)
Implement call tracking codes and setup. (I have training for this.)
Landing page development. (Knowing how to setup landing pages is a big plus.)
Campaign management (most of this will be tracked and managed in project management software.)
Working and optimizing accounts with software called ---------- .
A/B testing of ads and landing pages.
Bid and position management
Monthly budget management.
Other requests that come up from clients. Including, updating ads, creating new campaigns, etc…
Monthly Reporting
Creating monthly reports for clients to include metrics and important happenings from the month.
Familiar with Basecamp project management software. (not necessary, but a big plus)
Marketing Assistant / VA Work: You will also be doing administrative work as well, like:
Managing my email inbox
Helping with prospecting new clients.
Serving as my “go to person” for coordinating projects
Researching / compiling speaking and writing opportunities for me
Reaching out to national, state, and local trade groups in the legal and senior living industry
Mailing packages & letters to prospective clients. (Will have accounts where you can do this from.)
These are just a few example of the type of work I need done – you’ll be my goto person for a lot of different PPC related tasks.
