Full-time: Seeking expert PSD to valid HTML/CSS/jQuery programmer; 4+ years experience

We are a web design firm in the US seeking a full-time PSD to XHTML/CSS/jQuery expert. We are looking to hire someone who can work with our team well into the future!

Requirements of position:
- Reliable internet connection
- 4+ years experience programming HTML/CSS/jQuery (all 3 are a must!)
- EXPERT in PSD to HTML/CSS/jQuery conversion
- Hand coded, clean, indented, tableless markup
- W3C validated
- Daily reports of work completed for the first month

This is STRICTLY a full-time position with a fixed monthly salary based on experience; if you will occasionally have other side projects, you must tell us in advance; we will still consider you. We're looking for a detail oriented programmer who regularly completes tasks correctly the first time. Bonuses will be paid at the end of each month based on your performance.
