Webmaster / Web developer

I am looking for a webmaster / developer who can work part-time on some of my websites, initially taking care of 1-2 sites and then potentially expanding to more sites.

Tasks include
- assuring website runs smooth and fast
- small adjustments to the design of the site (Wordpress, HTML, CSS skills required)
- assuring SSL works fine
- eventually, migrating a site to another provider

Initial time commitment of 5-10 hours per week, which could increase to 20 hours and even be full-time at some point in time.
