Wordpress / Database / Hosting Wizard w/ Strong English

I need someone part time who is an expert at setting up & managing databases for Wordpress websites. I need someone who given a domain name & hosting, can set up a Wordpress site (not design the site, just set it up) and someone who can fix complex issues with Wordpress when they pop up. I am looking for someone technical who can work with hosting & website partners and fix website issues when something breaks. I am looking for someone who can troubleshoots problems & fix them quickly.
