ANIMATOR to create 2D cartoon style or whiteboard style animation

We are STILL in need of an ANIMATOR to create 2D cartoon style or whiteboard style animation.
-preferrably with in depth knowledge in using Video Scribe or goAnimate
-preferrably Davao-based but not required
-Voice over will be supplied
-Rates vary per project
-Paid per project basis
-Homebased job
