Virtual Assistance Good at Video Editing, Repurposing Videos & Create Motivational Videos

Hi,
I am looking for a Virtual Assistance who is good at video editing, repurposing videos & create motivational videos. Here are what I am looking for:

1. Candidate should be good at editing and repurposing video. I am starting a Motivational Video related YouTube channel. Candidate should be able to take existing video and repurpose them to create new video for the YouTube channel.
2. Candidate should be knowledgeable writing SEO optimized description for the YouTube videos.
3. Candidate will be responsible to write & post the blog everyday as well as posting daily motivational videos on YouTube channel.

Expected Tasks per week:
Post at least one video per day on YouTube – 7 to 10 videos per week. Length between 7 to 10 minutes. Candidate should be able to choose existing video, repurpose them and create new videos out of them.
