Graphics designer with landing page design experience

We are looking for a graphics designer who has experience designing landing pages for lead generation campaigns in the affiliate marketing industry.
We have a LOT of pages that need to be designed.
The perfect candidate needs to be detailed oriented, can follow instructions and can work independently within a given deadline. Needs to be efficient with Photoshop. We will provide examples of what we're looking for and we need someone who can take those design cues and make new campaigns based on the theme or gadget we require.
