Wordpress guru with IDX interface experience for a site build

I need at least a 6 page wordpress website built for a Broker/Realtor company in the US. Home page needs at least 2000 words of keyword rich, original content. All other page up to 500 words each. Some content and photos with be provided. Website design must have optimized permalinks and title tags. IDX interface is a definite must since customers will want to search available homes listings. Turnaround time should be approximately 2 weeks.
