Blog Promotor - Social Bookmarking - SEO

I have an affiliate blog created professionally on dog e-collars and I need someone to continue the maintenance of this blog by creating and posting new content, posting in social media platforms to increase the SEO and regular maintenance and upkeep of the Wordpress blog site.

Role includes the following:
Content Planning
• Familiarization of the blog's brand identity and guidelines
• Market and competition research
• Design editorial calendar for proper planning and scheduling of posts
Content Creation
• Design graphics for social media posts and blog
• Write articles for blog (This task can be outsourced to someone else)
Community Management
• Scheduling posts of content on all social media accounts
• Engaging community (answering messages and comments)
• Promoting brand (interaction on other related social media groups and pages)

I am looking for someone experienced with wordpress website to handle the backend set up and maintenance of website, pages and blogs. Also required is on page optimization with specialization on SEO, keywords, Google Analytics, Keywords Planner. Preference will be given to those with experience in Facebook advertising and Social Media marketing
