VPN set up--Read description

I am in the state of Nevada, I need my IP address to show I am in a different state. A real cable IP address. A program like strongvpn, hidemyass, ect won't work for what I need as when you search the IP address it shows you are using a proxy. I need a REAL CABLE IP address. If you are capable of doing something like this for me let me know. I have had it in the past, and need it done again.

I have people that we can set up a router in different states if needed. I have tomato installed on the VPN already just need it reconfigured.
