Product Listing Specialist

A product listing specialist is required to create complete listings for catering equipment, supplies and associated products on an established UK-based B2B eCommerce site. The initiative to learn quickly about the technical aspects and custom options of individual products is a must in order to maximise online sales potential.

The listings much be unique, with a minimum of 200 words copy, plus bullet points which highlight the USP’s of the product at-a-glance. Any listings which fail to pass Copyscape will be rejected and will need rewritten.

The successful applicant will be expected to liaise with the web production team via Skype to discuss the current and ongoing status of the project.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent in English
• Experience using Magento or similar eCommerce platform
• Attention to detail
• The ability to learn and adapt quickly
• A flair for sales copy
• Exceptional data entry skills
• Knowledge of keyword placement for SEO purposes
• A willingness to show initiative (in many instances you will be provided with a manufacturer name and product code and will be expected to research the product, find images from competitor sources and identify custom options which can be added to increase profits)
• A reliable internet connection
