JOB OVERVIEW

ACMC Chicago South Loop Branch is currently looking to hire Full & Part-Time telemarketers to help generate new business as we transition into a new office structure. The right candidate will have a very friendly and outgoing personality, be people oriented, motivated, confident & able to handle rejection. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must , along with strong organizational skills. The Ability to navigate internet/computer/social media with ease is mandatory as 30-35% of their daily functions will require interaction with the major social media outlets. Previous experience in telemarketing/sale is required along with a proven track record of success. These successful candidates will be responsible for using their skill sets, to ensure that ACMC creates a stronger presence in the marketplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Place phone calls to potential clients from lead generation systems
Call 10+ referral partners, past clients & social media leads on a daily basis to reconnect.
Answer calls from clients re: viewing up properties & schedule for our referral partners
Answer potential clients’ questions pre-approval process
Generate a specified number(this will fluctuated) of sales leads per day
Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
Computer skills a must; Tech savvy and Microsoft office mandatory
Set up and facilitate meetings w/ various prospective referral partners (REALTORS ETC)
Effectively manage pipeline of leads and ensure all individuals are given satisfactory follow up.
Consistently keep track of leads until converted into clients
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skillfully use Acceptance Capital Mortgage standards, templates, branding and correspondence guidance, to format and edit letters and other documents from draft to client-ready stage.
This position may require attaining NMLS sponsorship at some point (Higher Commissions will require additional functions which require licenses)
Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
Create personal customer interaction, with birthday cards, congratulatory correspondence, & marketing letters & uploading to multiple website & all social media outlets
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma

Minimum 1 year Telemarketing or Sales Experience

Mortgage industry a plus

Spanish speaking a plus

COMPENSATION :

Hourly Wage $12-15 (Commensurate with experience)

Competitive

Commission: Tiered based on monthly productivity

Full Time: 32 Hour Work Week (may include some Saturdays)

Part Time: 20 hour Work Week
