Duties and Responsibilities
• Establish company’s current database by penetrating new clients and maintain relationship with existing clients by cold calling, visiting client’s office,
• Maintaining regular contact with both, with or without an ongoing project to ensure communications flows effectively. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Understands and supports sales services, applications, policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all clients.
• Resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
• Arrange meeting, present company profile, discuss and identify requirements and monitors each step until the deal is closed
• Presenting requirements/design brief to supervisor, alongside with colleagues, the campaign idea and or requirement of client.
• Sends quotation/cost estimation to client figured by the Production Manager.
• Requests and receives Purchase Order (P.O.) or signed quotation or go signal from the client.
• Attend meetings and sharing ideas at brainstorming sessions, reporting back details of discussions, monitoring the progress of work and producing status reports.
• Supervision of fabrication by constantly communicating with Production Team, monitoring the progress of work and producing status reports.
• Coordination of installation schedule, including process of permit from clients and installation policy.
• Supervision of invoicing and collection from each project.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales report.
