JOB OVERVIEW

We are a European technology consulting and software development company helping businesses build custom software, AI solutions, cloud platforms, ERP systems, and dedicated engineering teams.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized person to work directly with CEO and support our business development activities.
This is a long-term position with opportunities to grow into Business Development or Sales Operations.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
* Research target companies and decision-makers.
* Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests.
* Send follow-up messages on LinkedIn.
* Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms.
* Build and maintain prospect lists.
* Update our CRM with leads and activities.
* Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
* Support outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.

Executive Assistant
* Manage the CEO’s calendar and meetings.
* Conduct market and company research.
* Prepare presentations, documents, and reports.
* Organize travel and business events.
* Follow up on action items after meetings.
* Assist with various operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements
* Excellent English (C2).
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Highly organized and proactive.
* Comfortable working independently.
* Experience using LinkedIn for business networking.
* Good research skills.

Nice to have
* Previous experience in B2B Lead Generation.
* Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Previous experience working for an IT Services or IT Consulting company (strong advantage).
* Understanding of software development or technology consulting.

* Build high-quality prospect lists.
* Consistently send personalized outreach.
* Keep our CRM organized and up to date.
* Generate qualified meetings for the CEO.
* Continuously improve outreach performance and response rates.
