You will own
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage
- Create campaign calendars — d
- Pick the right products and offers for each campaign based on performance and context
- Segment audiences by engagement, purchase behavior, country, and lifecycle
- Analyze performance and make data-driven decisions to grow revenue
- Continuously test subject lines, angles, offers, send times, and segments
- Monitor deliverability and keep the list healthy
- Work directly with the CEO on strategy and priorities
- Take ownership and think ahead instead of waiting for instructions
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience for e-commerce brands
- You've personally built and sent campaigns inside Klaviyo (not just managed someone who did)
- Solid understanding of segmentation, campaign planning, testing, and deliverability
- Commercially minded, analytical, and proactive
- Comfortable working directly with the CEO in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with dropshipping brands is a big plus
