What You'll Do
Daily Monitoring
Monitor performance across all YouTube channels daily
Track key metrics including views, watch time, VPH, CTR, subscriber growth, retention, RPM, and CPM
Flag any unusual drops or spikes in performance immediately
Monitor monetization status and estimated earnings across all channels
Content & Strategy Analysis
Identify top performing videos, thumbnails, titles, and niches
Spot underperforming channels and provide clear recommendations
Analyze audience behavior and viewer retention patterns
Monitor competitor channels and identify trends in each niche
Support A/B testing of thumbnails and titles
Help the team understand what content is working and why
Reporting
Provide clear weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership
Present data in a simple and visual way that non-technical tea
Help us see at a glance which channels are growing, which are stalling, and which need attention
Tools & Platforms
Use YouTube Studio, VidIQ, and TubeBuddy to pull and analyze data
Maintain organized records of performance data across all channels
Work within Notion, Airtable, or Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
Requirements
Proven experience in YouTube analytics or digital media analytics
Strong understanding of YouTube metrics — views, VPH, CTR, retention, RPM, CPM
Proficient with YouTube Studio and at least one of VidIQ or TubeBuddy
Experience creating clear and easy to understand performance reports
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot patterns in data
Able to manage analytics across multiple channels simultaneously
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Good English communication skills
Comfortable working with a fully remote international team
Nice to Have
Experience with Google Analytics or social media analytics
Background in content strategy or YouTube channel growth
Knowledge of YouTube SEO
Experience with data visualization tools
Familiarity with faceless YouTube content and automation channels
