Do not apply unless you ALREADY make Facebook video ads specifically for supplement brands sold to an older audience (50 and over). That is the only thing I am hiring for. Not skincare. Not beauty. Not general ecommerce. Supplements, older buyers, nothing else.

**THE ROLE**
You are the lead editor. You take a finished script fro ---------- and build the entire video ad on your own, start to finish. You generate the images and footage with tools like VEO3, Grok, and Higgsfield. You build the voiceover with ElevenLabs. You cut, pace, caption, and add effects in CapCut. The finished ad has to hold an older viewer all the way to the end and make them buy. Later you will help lead and train other editors, so you already need to work at a level you can teach.

You must be a 9 out of 10 or better at this exact work. Generalists, please do not apply.

**THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF**
Be honest with yourself. Skip this if your experience is skincare, beauty, fashion, general retail, dropshipping random products, or "a bit of everything." I need someone who lives in supplement direct response and understands the older buyer: the health worries, the trust signals, the testimonial style, the slower hook, the long form structure that actually converts that age group. If that is not you, do not message me.

**WHAT YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE**
1. Proven supplement video ads made for an older audience. Real ads that ran, not theory.
2. Experience leading or training other editors.
3. The generation and editing tools already set up and running on your machine today. I pay for every tool once you are on my team. But to even talk to me you must already own and use these yourself, because I need to watch you actually work in them on a Loom. If you do not already have your tools and workflow ready to show, that tells me you have not been working, and I will pass.
4. Your own CapCut templates and setups that you built.
5. Real command of retention: the first second hook, cut timing, pacing, and full structure for ads from one to eight minutes.
6. You are organized, fast, and run the whole job without me checking on you.

**PAY**
$12 to $18 per video depending on length and quality. On top of that you earn 10% of the comms the ads you make bring in for the brand. Strong work means large bonuses. There is real room to grow into a lead role over other editors.

4. Proof of your saved prompt setups and project files (your Claude project, prompt library, whatever you use to build the visuals).
5. A photo of your desk and workspace.
6. A screenshot of your internet speed.

If I like what I see, your first task after onboarding is to build one full ad as a test within 24 hours.
