Influencer Marketing Agency Email Outreach

We're hiring someone that will be able to find influencers/brands and cold email them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source creators across YouTube, Tiktok, and Instagram based on audience size and engagement.
- Organize and track every creator in clean, structured sheets — status, contact info, audience data
- Reach out through cold email — write the openers, manage follow-ups, keep the pipeline moving

REQUIRED
- 1+ years experience in influencer marketing management, creator outreach and brand outreach
- Hands-on with sourcing and outreach across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
- Strong written English for emails to creators/brands
- Comfortable working in Google Sheets
- Reliable, self-driven, can work independently with minimal supervision


NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)
- Experience in Instantly Ai
- (Tip for the tasks in the form - don't use Ai and make sure you use personalization)
- Experience with tools like Nanoinfluencer AI and Apollo
