I need to hire a full time very skilled video editor for AI Facebook ads in the direct response supplement niche. Most videos are 1-8 minutes long and must use hyper-realistic AI content. So you must have previous experience with this and proof. No BS edits or you will be ignored.

You must be very organized!
And skilled to in the future be able to train a team of editors as a head editor role, so your skills must genuinely be extremely good, AND of course, I will pay for that extra.

You must have strong experience editing supplement ads (energy, focus, testosterone, weight loss, etc.). Portfolio examples must be supplement ads only - no skincare retail, or basic edits.

**Key Requirements:**
You need proven skills with scene selection, retention-focused editing, and clean pacing. For videos that are 2min+, not shorter. Experience with VO3 AI video generation, Grok video gen, and very realistic Higgsfield image quality is required.

You must use CapCut (or similar) with your own custom workflows and project templates for fast execution. Turnaround time is 24-48 hours max. We want self-starters who deliver quality with minimal supervision.

**Compensation:**
$10-15 per video based on length and quality. NOTE: Top performers get performance bonuses and HIGHER rates!!
