Prestige Retreats is a Dubai-based luxury holiday home company managing beachfront apartments in Emaar Beachfront, Marina Vista, and Grand Bleu. We're looking for a Philippines-based Airbnb specialist to manage our listings, drive bookings, and deliver 5-star guest experiences remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and optimize Airbnb listings (titles, descriptions, photos, pricing, availability)
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, booking requests, and reviews on Airbnb
Handle pre-arrival, check-in, and post-stay guest communication
Monitor and respond to guest reviews to protect and improve our Superhost status
Coordinate with Dubai operations and housekeeping on booking logistics
Track listing performance and suggest improvements to boost ranking and conversion
Manage dynamic pricing adjustments using tools like PriceLabs or similar

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years managing Airbnb listings (Superhost account experience strongly preferred)
Deep familiarity with Airbnb's algorithm, SEO, and review management
Excellent written English with a warm, professional guest communication style
Experience with PMS tools (Guesty, Hostaway, or similar) a strong plus
Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
Available afternoons & evenings UAE time

COMMITMENT & ACCOUNTABILITY

This is intended to be your sole full-time role. We expect and require your undivided focus. Please do not apply if you are managing other clients or positions simultaneously.
Work hours will be tracked via time-tracking software. Dedicated, consistent availability is a condition of employment.
