Virtual Assistant with Some Wordpress and Project Management Experience

Project Management Monitoring using standard Software such as Basecamp or something similar
Report when tasks are not completed on time or if there are any immediate issues that need attention
Create Marketing List in Excel
Capture screenshots of websites and gathering data via the "BuiltWith" tool (we will train you)
Post to Twitter, FaceBook, Linkedin and Instagram (mostly pre-written articles, but can be generated by you after time if desired)
Setup and manage email campaigns via Active Campaign or Constant Contact. (we will provide training, but previous use or knowledge a plus)
Updating websites in wordpress (basic understanding and experience is acceptable)
Lead Generation / Scrubbing use list supplied by to you
3. General Research (searching for plug ins / searching for solutions / searching for current subjects for blogs, etc.) - Possibly contacting tech support on company's behave and implementing the solution
