About the Role

We are a fast-growing real estate brand looking for a highly skilled, proactive Virtual Assistant to manage our entire digital presence and CRM pipeline. This is not a basic admin role — we want a rockstar who takes ownership, thinks strategically, and uses the best AI tools available to produce world-class results.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

CRM & Lead Management

• Manage and update leads daily inside Sierra CRM
• Follow up with leads via email, text, and DM using proven scripts
• Track pipeline stages and flag hot leads immediately
• Ensure zero leads fall through the cracks

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube daily
• Create, schedule, and publish content across all platforms consistently
• Write captions, scripts, and hooks tailored to each platform’s algorithm
• Engage with comments, DMs, and community daily to boost reach
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on performance weekly

Content Creation & SEO

• Script and coordinate YouTube videos optimized for SEO
• Write keyword-rich video titles, descriptions, and tags
• Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips, carousels, and posts
• Build and manage a monthly content calendar

Paid Ads Support

• Assist with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
• Monitor ad performance, report results, and suggest improvements
• Help create ad copy and creative briefs

AI Tools & Automation

• Use Claude, ChatGPT, and other top AI platforms daily to produce content faster
• Maintain the client’s brand voice across all AI-generated content
• Build repeatable AI workflows that save time and improve quality
• Stay current on new AI tools and recommend upgrades

You Are the Perfect Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years managing social media for a US-based client or brand
• Experience inside a real estate CRM (Sierra, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or similar)
• Proven results growing social media accounts organically
• Strong written English — captions, scripts, and emails must be excellent
• Experience with YouTube SEO and long-form content strategy
• Hands-on experience running or supporting Meta ad campaigns
• Daily working knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms
• Experience with scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Metricool
• Ability to work US hours (EST or CST) with fast response times
• A proactive mindset — you bring ideas, not just completed tasks

Compensation & Details

• ???? Rate: $6–$10/hr based on experience (long-term raise potential)
• ???? Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week | US EST/CST hours
• ???? Location: Latin America preferred (Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica)
• ???? Growth: This is a long-term role with room to grow into a Lead VA position
