JOB OVERVIEW

Content, Creative & Operations Support — for a Growing Singapore-based Digital Agency

In plain terms: a hands-on, do-a-bit-of-everything marketer — copywriting-led, with design, video, and light ops support — who helps a lean agency run and grow.

Full-Time • Remote • Long-Term Career Opportunity SGD600/month (probation) ? SGD800/month (on confirmation), with progression to SGD1,000–1,200 based on competency

Reports directly to the Founder. You'll join a lean core team — Founder, Executive Assistant, and you — with a designer and freelance specialists supporting the work.

ABOUT US
Meander Digital is the digital marketing partner of choice for founder-led and expert-led service-based businesses.

We help our clients rise above their competition and become recognised in the marketplace for their expertise through timeless sales and marketing strategies.

Our work spans direct response advertising (performance marketing), lead generation, personal branding, and content marketing.

We run lean by design. Our core team is small — the Founder, an Executive Assistant, and you — supported by a trusted network of freelance specialists. We believe that in an AI-enabled world, a capable, cross-functional operator can create the kind of leverage that used to require several separate hires.

We are not looking for someone to stay inside one narrow job scope.

We are looking for a T-shaped marketer — someone with real depth in one craft and the range to contribute across many — who enjoys making themselves useful across the business and quietly makes the whole team more effective.

"A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one."

That, in one line, is who we're looking for.

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF…
- You only want to specialise in one function and have no interest in learning adjacent skills.
- You instinctively say "that's not my job" rather than "what do I need to learn to move this forward?"
- You wait for instructions instead of looking for problems to solve.
- You dislike standard operating procedures, documentation, and organised systems.
- You treat AI-generated work as a finished product.
- You are looking for a short-term stepping stone before your next opportunity.
- You become stressed when priorities change in a fast-moving agency environment.

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU ARE…

- A T-shaped marketer — broad across many disciplines, with real depth in at least one. For this role, your deepest craft is copywriting and content; graphic design and short-form video are functional adjacent skills. (Our designer owns final polish; you'll collaborate with them when assets need it.)

- AI-enabled and resourceful — you use modern AI tools to work across research, copy, design, and video at a level that used to require several people.

- Someone with real taste and an eye for design — you know what "good" looks like, even when you're not the one polishing it.

- A trend-spotter — you keep a close pulse on content and ad formats, and can tell what's working right now versus what's losing steam.

- High ownership — you ask "what do I need to learn to move this forward?" rather than "that's not my job."

- Someone who communicates with maturity and emotional intelligence — able to build trust with clients, teammates, and partners from different cultures and backgrounds.

- Reliable and consistent — people know they can depend on you.

- Naturally organised and enjoy creating order.

- Comfortable switching between creative work and operational work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Content & Marketing Support

- Conduct audience, competitor, and industry research
- Draft AI-assisted ad copy, emails, landing pages, and social media content
- Set up and launch Meta ads campaigns (campaign optimisation stays with the Founder/media buyer)
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets
- Build and maintain swipe files and research libraries

Creative Production (to a functional standard — our designer owns final polish)

- Create and edit graphics in Canva
- Resize and adapt existing ad creatives
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut or equivalent software
- Generate and refine AI-generated images where appropriate
- Collaborate with our designer when an asset needs a higher level of polish

Operations & Coordination (a supporting role — our Executive Assistant owns this area)

- Help coordinate workflow between internal tea ---------- mbers and freelancers
- Work alongside the Executive Assistant — not in place of her — as the subject-matter/technical point of contact for tea ---------- mbers, freelancers, and clients on marketing and creative work, keeping communication clear and timely (the Founder owns client strategy and decisions)
- Support the Executive Assistant in following up on outstanding tasks and commitments, with firmness and tact, keeping projects moving without unnecessary friction
- Help maintain clear communication across a geographically distributed team spanning Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia
- Help track deliverables and keep projects moving forward
- Maintain organised file structures and digital assets
- Contribute to SOPs, checklists, and internal documentation

Marketing the Business (our own agency marketing and the founder's personal brand)

- Help publish case studies and keep our website current
- Support email marketing, social media content, and lead generation initiatives
- Turn the founder's ideas, talks, and raw recordings into publishable assets — LinkedIn content, long-form articles, video, podcast repurposing
- Provide research and presentation support for thought-leadership initiatives

Internal Projects & Documentation

- Help move internal projects from idea to implementation — SOP creation, AI implementation, knowledge base development, workflow optimisation
- Document key workflows so institutional knowledge no longer sits with only one person
- Support small internal experiments and strategic initiatives

From time to time you'll also provide secondary support on meeting preparation and reporting or data consolidation. You are not expected to replace specialists — you're expected to become competent enough to provide continuity when required.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Fully remote, full-time, with fixed hours of 9am–6pm Singapore time. If you're based in the Philippines, Indonesia, or Malaysia, that's regular daytime hours — we share a similar time zone.

Collaborative work with our international core team and a trusted network of freelance writers, designers, and specialists across Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

A dynamic workload — some days are quieter, others need more hands-on support as priorities shift in a fast-moving agency.

Occasional travel to Singapore may be required. If so, your flights and accommodation are covered — so be ready to hop on a plane now and then.
