About Nyeova Systems
Nyeova Systems LLC is a U.S.-based independent IT consulting and advisory firm. We work with mid-market companies to give their leadership a clear, unbiased picture of their own technology how it works, what it costs, and whether it's serving them well. We don't sell software, and we don't manage infrastructure. We audit, document, and advise.
This role supports an active client engagement in the construction and services industry, helping us deliver a structured seven-phase IT systems audit.
The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Audit & Documentation Analyst to work alongside our principal consultant across all seven phases of a structured IT assessment engagement. This is a part-time, ongoing remote contract role suited for someone who takes pride in thorough documentation, can translate technical findings into clear written deliverables, and is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
You will support the research, analysis, and documentation work that underpins each phase from building system inventories and architecture summaries to helping compile invoice reconciliations, integration maps, security access findings, and the final executive report.
This is an audit-support and documentation role. You will not be making configuration changes or accessing live production systems directly. All work is advisory and analytical in nature.
What You'll Work On
The engagement runs across seven phases, each with defined deliverables.
What We're Looking For
Required:
2+ years of experience in IT documentation, systems analysis, IT auditing, or a related role
Strong written English — you will be producing client-facing deliverables
Ability to understand and document technical systems without needing hands-on access to them
Experience with Microsoft 365 environments (SharePoint, Azure AD, Teams, licensing)
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, structured data, and reconciliation tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a structured methodology
Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours for check-ins
Preferred:
Familiarity with IT audit frameworks or MSP/vendor evaluation processes
Experience documenting API integrations, data flows, or application architecture
Exposure to security concepts: MFA, access controls, vulnerability scanning, CVE terminology
Background supporting consulting or advisory engagements (not just internal IT roles)
Experience with diagramming tools such as Visio, L
Work Setup
Location: Fully remote — Philippines-based candidates only
Hours: Part-time, approximately 15–25 hours per week depending on active phase
Schedule: Flexible, with availability for at least two scheduled check-ins per week during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
Contract type: Independent contractor (project-based, ongoing through engagement completion)
Target engagement end: April 2027
