AI Native Image Ad Generator

We're a fast-growing e-commerce company running Shopify brand stores USA, Australia, and New Zealand — consistent 6-figure months, built on emotionally-driven direct-response ads. We're hiring an **AI Image Generator** to produce scroll-stopping **native** image ads for our campaigns.

This isn't a "make pretty pictures" role. The one thing we care about most is **realism** — can you generate AI images that look like a real phone photo a customer actually took, not a staged studio shot, and not obviously AI? The tools are learnable. That eye is rare. That's what we're hiring for. You'll be trained directly by the co-founder on our proven creative frameworks.

**What you'll do**
- Generate high-quality, realistic native image ads from briefs and our frameworks
- Nail the hard stuff — hands, faces, fabric, reflections, mirror selfies — so images read as real, not AI
- Iterate fast on feedback to refine concepts
- Organize and manage image assets for the creative team
- *(Bonus)* edit short-form video when needed

**You're a great fit if**
- You're **already producing** AI images daily with tools like **Nano Banana Pro / Gemini** (Midjourney, Flux, etc.) — not "curious about AI"
- You have a sharp eye for what looks **real vs. staged**
- You understand **native-style e-com Facebook ads** and why they out-convert polished studio creatives
- You're detail-oriented, coachable, and fast — you take a brief and run with it
- Video editing is a strong bonus

**You're NOT the right fit if**
- You have no real, demonstrable AI image experience. This isn't entry-level — we need someone already producing.
- Your background is mainly customer service, VA, data entry, or admin and you're hoping to "transition" into creative. We're not the place to learn on.
- You've never worked with e-com Facebook ads and don't know why a native ad beats a polished studio shot.
- You can only produce generic, obviously-AI images (perfect lighting, fake skin, staged compositions). We need realism that passes as a real phone photo.
- You need step-by-step hand-holding for every task. We move fast.
- You apply with a generic copy-paste and no work samples.
